Give Panda a pain free future

Panda is a very young, 2 year old, sweet natured boy who is in pain.

Panda was abandoned at a local pound and arrived into  care with SAFE Bunbury Animal Rescue organisation just after Christmas.  He presented with a nasty limp, badly infected paws, ear infections and a skin condition.  After signs of improvement via treatment to the infections, Panda was placed under sedation where x-rays confirmed that sadly he has hip dysplasia. Both hips are affected however the left is in critical need of surgery owing to reduced range of movement.

He has been referred to an orthopaedic surgeon where he will undergo a femoral head procedure which will improve his quality of life enormously.

This specialist surgery is expensive and as a not-for-profit organisation, we are reaching out to the public to dig deep and help this little guy receive the much needed surgery to allow him a pain free life.
